Are you a driven and curious economist with 1-3 years of experience from accounts receivable, bookkeeping and assisting in month closings? Are you ready to take the step and take full responsibility for accounts receivable management, develop your skills in fixed assets and depreciation accounting and also support in monthly and annual closings? Then the role as accounting assistant at Aimo Share could be your next challenge.

What does the role entail? As an Accounting assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance Controller, taking full responsibility for accounts receivable, fixed assets, and depreciation accounting. You will assist in improving various accounting processes, monthly and annual closings, accounts payable, and audits.

Your main tasks include:

Sales Invoices and Accounts Receivable Management:

• Book customer invoices and payments accurately
• Process and account for customer refunds
• Monitor receivables and lead the recovery process
• Reconcile bank and revenue accounts
• Ensure accuracy in revenue process during monthly closing activities

Resolve Customer Queries:

• Communicate with customers via email/phone regarding invoice and payment inquiries

Fixed Assets and Depreciation Accounting:

• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation in the system
• Reconcile assets and depreciation accounts
• Handle revaluation and resale accounting for assets

Assist in Closing and Reporting:

• Support in monthly and annual closing processes
• Manage expense accounting, accruals, and accounts payable
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Contribute to improving financial processes

Who are you?

You’re skilled at managing multiple tasks, keeping things organized, and following all the accounting rules. You’re a team player who believes in being open and keeping everyone in the loop. Always striving for accuracy and getting things done on time, you’re also good at managing your own work and love learning new things.

You’re good at Excel and have preferably have some experience with NetSuite. You pick up new systems and tools quickly and you need to speak Swedish and English fluently for this job.

We are looking for someone with at least 1-3  years of previous experience in accounts receivable and with experience in book keeping.
